Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayClash platform ("PlayClash", "we", "us"), operated by AILAB Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (registered office: 1209 N Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States). By creating an account, booking a venue, or otherwise using PlayClash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PlayClash.

1. Who may use PlayClash

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• If you are under 18, you must obtain verified consent from a parent or legal guardian before the account becomes active. We will email a one-time signed link to the guardian; the account stays inactive until they approve.
• Accounts for users under 18 default to private: profile visible to connections, direct messages from connections only, no wallet, no payouts, no public location, no search indexing. These defaults cannot be changed from inside the app until the user turns 18.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. What PlayClash does

PlayClash is a multi-sport platform where users:

• create a profile and build a sporting record,
• find and challenge other players, teams and clubs,
• book sports venues by the hour,
• record match events, scores and rankings,
• join tournaments and recruitment opportunities,
• post, share and (where available) stream match content.

3. Venue bookings

• Venue listings, pricing and availability are set by the venue owner. PlayClash shows them to you but is not the operator of the venue.
• When you book, you enter into a contract with the venue. PlayClash collects payment and remits it (minus platform commission on the venue side only) to the venue owner.
• Cancellation terms are shown on each listing before you confirm. Our standard default is free cancellation up to 24 hours before the slot start; after that a 50% late fee is retained by the venue. The venue may set a stricter or more lenient policy.
• If a venue cancels your confirmed booking, you receive a full refund.
• No-shows are a dispute matter — raise it from the booking screen within 24 hours.

4. Platform fees

• Players never pay a platform fee to use PlayClash. Signing up, posting, challenging, joining and finding matches are free.
• Venue owners pay PlayClash a commission on each paid booking they fulfil, deducted at remittance. The default rate is 10% of the booking value; a venue's actual rate is shown in their partner agreement.
• Payment processing fees from Stripe, PayFast or other processors are passed through at cost.

5. Payouts

• Payouts to venue owners, organisers and (when enabled) individual recipients are released by PlayClash on a manual queue, reviewed by finance personnel, subject to KYC.
• You must complete KYC (CNIC or equivalent government ID and a bank account in your legal name) before your first payout.
• We may hold a payout if the ledger entry is in dispute, if we suspect fraud, or if a government order requires it.
• Withholding tax (where applicable, including under Pakistan's Income Tax Ordinance 2001) is deducted at source and remitted to the authority.

6. Content you post

• You keep ownership of what you post. You grant PlayClash a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the platform for the purpose of running the service.
• Do not post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights (including broadcast footage of professional matches you don't own), sexually explicit, promotes violence or hate, or impersonates someone.
• You are responsible for the broadcast rights to any match footage you upload. We respond to valid copyright notices.
• Live streams are moderated. We may end a stream, remove a clip, or suspend an account that violates these rules.

7. Fair play, disputes and penalties

• Report cheating, abuse, no-shows or any other violation from the in-app Report action. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Sanctions range from a warning, to a temporary suspension, to a permanent ban. We will tell you why.
• If you believe a sanction is wrong, you can appeal by replying to the moderation email within 14 days.

8. Prohibited uses

• No gambling, wagering or cash-staked contests on PlayClash. Fantasy, prediction markets and real-money wagers are not supported and will be treated as a violation.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of our API, rate limits, or anti-fraud controls.
• No automated accounts, bots or fake engagement.
• No commercial use of other users' data without their consent.

9. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We keep financial records (ledger entries, invoices) as required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if your account is dormant for more than two years.

10. Disclaimers & liability

• Sport is physical. You participate at your own risk. PlayClash is not responsible for injuries sustained at a venue — direct a claim to the venue operator.
• The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you under these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

11. Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
• Nothing in these Terms removes your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, including under Pakistani consumer protection law for users resident in Pakistan.
• Any dispute is resolved first by good-faith negotiation (write to [email protected]), then by binding arbitration seated in Delaware; small-claims court remains available for either party.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that date counts as acceptance. The current version is always this page.
