Community Guidelines

PlayClash is a place to find players, play fair and celebrate sport. These guidelines apply to everything you post, comment, message, stream or score on PlayClash. Breaking them can lead to content removal, a warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban (see our Terms of Service).

1. Respect every player

• No harassment, bullying, threats or targeted insults — on the pitch or in the app.
• No hate speech or slurs about religion, ethnicity, caste, nationality, gender, disability or sexuality.
• Disagree about a result through the dispute flow, not by attacking people.

2. Play fair

• Record real scores. Fake results, rating manipulation or fixed matches are removed and can lead to a ban.
• Don't impersonate another player, team, club or venue.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts to get around a suspension.

3. Keep it safe

• No violence, dangerous challenges or content that encourages self-harm.
• No nudity or sexual content. Anything sexualising minors is reported to the authorities.
• Don't share someone's phone number, address or other private details without permission.
• Players under 18 have extra protections; don't try to contact minors privately.

4. Be honest

• No spam, scams, fake giveaways or selling followers.
• No gambling or betting promotions.
• Only post content you have the right to share.

5. Tools you control

• Block removes someone completely. Mute hides their posts from your feeds.
• Restrict quietly limits someone: their comments on your posts wait for your approval and their messages go to Requests.
• Hidden words and Hide offensive comments keep comments you don't want off your posts.
• Report anything that breaks these guidelines. Reports are confidential.

6. How we enforce

Reports and automatic checks go to our moderation team. We may remove content, warn, suspend or ban accounts. You can see any decision about your account in Settings → Account status and appeal it there.
